When will my items ship?
Regular and medium sized prints will ship within 2-3 business days after we receive your order. Gicleé's may take longer because James signs and numbers each one. If you need a gicleé immediately, give us a call and we can let you know what we have in stock.

How will my items be shipped?
All items will ship UPS or Priority Mail

Can James Dean create a custom piece for me?
Yes, James would love to create a special piece for you! If you are interested in a commissioned work, give Jessie a call at 1-877-523-5363 or email her at . She will take it from there!

Can James Personalize a print for me?
James Dean can personalize pieces that have not yet been signed by special request. Some limited edition prints and original paintings can be personalized if they are not already signed by the artist. Special requests can not be rushed and could require extra shipping charges and delivery time.

How much will a commissioned piece cost?
Commissioned works by James Dean start at $950.

What is a limited edition print?
Each limited edition Pete print is a giclee print on watercolor paper that has been hand signed and sealed by the artist. This edition of prints is limited to a series of 99 prints.

Can James Dean do a show at my gallery?
James loves to meet his customers! He has several shows and events throughout the year, if you would like more information give us a call!

Can my piece be shipped to me framed?
We are currently working on the website so that you can see several framing options for your Pete print. Until then, let us know if you would like your piece custom framed and we will work it out!

Can I get the matted Pete's in additional colors?
All of the 10x13 Pete prints are matted in a neutral tone that compliments all of the pieces.

Can I return or exchange an item?
All prints can be returned or exchanged given that they are re-sellable. No custom or commissioned pieces can be returned or exchanged. If you choose to exchange an item we will only charge you the shipping to get it to you. Our return address is as follows:
